Okay no they shouldn't be there the JH is right next to Nome base and in a dark matter cloud, Tau-45 is a dead end system, the only rason to be there is to kill Xenos or be getting Xeno kit. Other than the Alamo there's absolutely nothing there.
From an RP perspective they could have had any number of reasons, although I'm fairly sure the only folks who know Tau-45 is there are the Xenos and possibly the Junkers and possibly whoever they sold the information to, becasue they're Junkers and being sneaky is what they do well.
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.
