It seems there is some misunderstanding. Recommendations of trustworthiness are issued separately for each restricted commodity, they do not apply generally to all of them. In your case, you were about to get the recommendation for the Ageira White Boxes, but that cannot be used for the Azurite Gas. Not to mention that in the end the recommendation you claim to have was not issued formally, just promise of it.

Anyway, you are right that the Bundespolizei is one of the organizations which can issue recommendations of trustworthiness for the Azurite Gas. Danke for the provided information, however I must ask for some additions.

First, we need to know more about the security of ships which will be transporting this special cargo. For example how they will be equipped when it comes to weaponry and armour, or if they will fly with an escort and if that will be the case, what sort of escort it will be when it comes to numbers and ship classes.

Second, I would like to ask you to shortly summarize what benefit will this contract bring to Rheinland, for example its economy. It may sound unusual, but this point is part of the restricted cargo licences evaluation procedure and it is expected that if such special and in the wrong hands potentially abusable cargo is allowed to be transported through our territory, the Bundesrepublik should benefit from it in some way.
