President White,
The proposal you mentioned was indeed subject of negotiations between the Rheinland government and the Liberty counterpart. After it was rejected by the government of the republic, it is surprising to hear that Liberty is ready to change their opinion just three months later.
It is also surprising to hear that the promise of the Rheinland government is questioned. Not only is that insulting, but on top of that, it makes little sense because obviously, if one side does not fulfil its part of the agreement, the other can easily and quickly revoke the applied law change.
Anyway, even under these circumstances, the government of the Bundesrepublik is willing to open again the matter of USI´s license for the transportation of the Ageira White Boxes. However, in this introduced atmosphere of distrust, it would like to see the exact wording of the relevant part of updated Liberty laws beforehand to be sure that it meets our requirements. Considering you said that the law revision is "set to go live", I assume it should not be a problem to provide it?
