If the only reason the draw exists and the Ally side won't exactly win is because of @Durandal then I think you should give the Allies their win condition. To not do so means the organiser actively muddled the efforts of two entire factions on a whim to be cinematic. Don't chicken out and try to please both sides of the event here, as you said it's only a game and Gallia has been bloated by such an extent up until this point that I think some losses are necessary.

Admitting you made a mistake is one thing. Own up to it and redress it. Then you solve the problem.
