With the confusion and fog of war decending on the heart of Bretonia, the Corsairs have doubled down on their smuggling efforts in the region. Forgoing the usual third parties of Gaians or Junkers, they have taken matters into their own hands, hauling their illicit goods straight through the heart of Bretonia. Feeling confident, they take the Manchester jump gate in New London, only to arrive in front of one Junior constable Benjamin Steiner, who was stationed on traffic duties at the gate. Sending a distress call, the young officer tries too makes a run for safety, but is gunned down by the cutthroat pirates. With a rapid response squad on the way from Newgate, the Corsairs put the engines on full throttle, to make the safety of the Barrier nebula before Bretonia's finest can catch them.
Just a simple scruffle to brighten up the weekend. The Corsair convoy will start docked on Holmfirth, and fly out to meet the Police around D/E 3, between the two asteroid fields. If the event goes well, I'll take suggestions on the next location for some Corsairs to show up and cause some mayhem.
