Now the Rheinland government awaits the promised revision of the Liberty laws. As you can see, it kept its word and the previously offered agreement despite it was refused by the Liberty government and Bundesrepublik would have full right to change the opinion and requirements in the meantime to take into account the current situation. We hope that this step will help to improve our relations and will mark the point of change towards the era of more cordial negotiations.
