You are right that we demand much more strict security measure comparing to usual cargo shipping standards. We are not talking hier about some common legal cargo though, but a substance of Nomad origin which as far as we are informed can be used among other things for production and deployment of the highly effective hybrid weaponry with massive destructive power. And you plan to transport this cargo in lightly armed and lightly armoured transports which on top of that would be accompanied only by escort which I would also call light because you propose that up to almost 15 thousand cargo units of Azurite Gas would be guarded by only a single fighter class escort ship or even just one light fighter class scout. I cannot imagine how one fighter would be able to protect or at least provide space for escape for three transport ships in case of ambush by a gunboat or even a capital ship.

And by the way, you are not exactly "doing business with Rheinland" in this case, you are doing business with The Core and merely just want to transport mentioned special cargo through our whole territory what brings certain security risks in exchange for quite small benefits to the Bundesrepublik.

Also, it seems you think you are entitled to get the recommendations of trustworthiness and the restricted cargo license for the Azurite Gas. You are not. Bundespolizei is hier to examine the circumstances and conditions and then decide if everything suits our safety and security demands or not. But we have full right to not give the recommendations or the license. And trust me, most applicants would not get it, so you were given privilege due to the reputation and status of your corporation already. Either you have to accept what we require or try your luck with some other Rheinland law enforcement authority just as the regulations say if you think you are treated unfairly and with bias by us.

Now that I explained the situation fully, at least I hope, we can return to the issue of security measures. Like I outlined, our demand is a result of an equation where all circumstances take their part. If some of them change, the result may change as well. It can be minimal armour used by your transports. Or the class of ships used for the escort. Or the type of transport ships. Speaking of which, I realize now that I actually did not ask you in detail about this. You said that you are not arming your transports for combat, so I assumed you use ships with like one or even no guns or turrets. Somehow I thought automatically you plan to use Mastodon class transports, probably because you are of Liberty origin after all. But maybe I was wrong. So tell me, would you be using some other ships with let´s say at least five guns or turrets for this special transportation of such specific cargo which requires more strict security standards?
