You will probably struggle to find real estate for sale, especially in New London. You can apply to build your own base there, here. You should read up on the House laws first. and then.. if you think thats all worth it, check out this on tips to build a base

In all honesty, i'd speak to a few POB owners first. In my opinion, as a previous owner, it's just not worth the upkeep. If you intend to use it as a basis for your roleplay then, by all means, have fun!
