Ministère de l'Intérieur - Bureau de l'aménagement du territoire
Cher monsieur Galway,
You have our apologies for the impossibly long delay of the processing of your request. Those responsible have been demoted and placed in duties more appropriate to their absent-mindedness.
Your request is very sensible and does echo with the very good relations the League has established with the Kingdom. A freeport open to Sirian trade would certainly be a boon to us at present, provided you manage its comings and goings properly. Consider your request ACCEPTED, as well as an exemption of tariffs for the next semester on account of our good relations and as an apology.
That is, if you still wish to continue with this project ; we understand it has been some time. Should you wish to, the Kingdom is prepared to pay you back the fees you've already wired to us.
We stand at your disposal, of course.
Monsieur Goto,
Given that your installation would be located outside of the Gallic area of control of this system, an official request on your part was not mandatory, nor is any form of payment.
That being said, we appreciate the courtesy of informing us. That is quite professional of you, and does your House honour. We wish you well on your project, on which we will be sure to keep an eye.
