A question regarding the rules

the situation we had back then was a pirate that was killed by the rheinland military. - he left the system and kept on pirating in dresden - the RM followed him and he had to leave again. - it led to "leaving the whole ZoI". so - the looser should better leave the whole zoi of the winner.

The Server rules do not even come close to requiring the loser to leave the winner's ZOI. They also do not force the loser to leave any system other than the one where he was killed. And, they do not prevent a fight from ocurring between the same combatants again 10 minutes after the first one, IF the winner is the one who starts the second fight in a different system than the first fight, or if the loser refuses to leave the system where the first fight took place (although proving that refusal is very difficult without a time stamp available).

Theoretically the loser does not have to leave the system where he died at all, IF all those on the winning side of the fight have already left. From a practical standpoint though, the loser should just avoid the system that he died in for the next four hours even if it is empty. That prevents you from having any sort of problem, and preserves the roleplay purpose that led to the fight in the first place. If the winner(s) leave the system where the fight took place and come back, then the loser has to leave that system if he is there. The burden is on the loser to stay out of the system where the fight took place, not on the winner to remain in that system for 4 hours continuously.

If you want to be safe, just stay out of any system for 4 hours that another player kills you in, and don't start a fight with them before 4 hours is up either.
