So, I get why we have a 90-second login penalty for logging out in space. You don't want people to be logging out OORP all the time and switching ships.
How about we put in some stipulations, though?
For example, how about we have it not take effect in Connecticut?
And how about we allow you to sign back into the ship that you signed out of, so people who disconnected or crashed can get back in?
Obviously, we could make abusing this mechanic for PVP a sanctionable offense.
