I want things to change from now on.

The only real way to guarantee ganking doesn't happen is to have an actual planned event where sides can be pre-balanced let me know if this is something you would like to arrange.

This doesn't mean we will gank in every other situation. In fact that last fight you were in orders were given to the Core side to have ships stand down:

So we do at least try to cool things off when they are getting out of hand.
