Physical Description: Short blond hair, fair skin, small at 162 centimeters. Usually seen wearing a black coat with red accents.

Interests: Enjoys classic literature, Sunrises, and debating.

Biography: Born to a Dockyard worker and a waitress, Orsula’s early life was rather typical. She quickly got into petty crime at the age of 15, usually swindling people out of pocket change and drug dealing. Eventually she was noticed by a few soldiers of the Unione on Canebiere at the age of 18. 15 years later, she became leader of Unione operations on the city when the previous leader stepped down and retired.

She has a known history with Andre Nivaggioni, who used to frequent Canebiere and occasionally assisting Unione operations. Orsula is ambitious and manipulative yet willing to look out for those she considers allies. Whether or not her aspirations are just personal or for the Unione as a whole is yet to be determined.


Comments about Gallia’s political climate: Gallia has never been as fluid and unstable as it is now, this can be a double edged sword for the Unione Corse. Council has been gaining significant ground against the Royalists despite their setbacks in Provence. The Bretonian war seems to be ending soon with the Gallic Navy descending upon the Bretonian’s capital world. The abandonment of Provence by the Royalists and the Council could open up a multitude of options for the Unione Corse to expand its operations, perhaps become the de facto authority of the system.

Word from the applicant: "I feel the need to expand beyond my usual operations here on Planet Marseilles, the Unione Corse could use to solidify its hold on Gallia's underworld and reach out to criminal groups more amiable to us. I am more than capable in assisting in such a task."
