I am the so called cheater that you accused in game and I am also the one who reported you.
Let me give you a bit of a backstory. When we set out we went to have a look around in Bretonia to see what we could find but after a little bit of searching we couldn't find anyone. That's when we saw people in Edinborough so we decided to go and pay you a visit. Upon reaching you we were greated with a

Just before you started to engage a snub of ours with your secondaries. Now keep that in mind that you were using secondaries. You didn't drop any lines other then the one above. I don't have evidence of you engaging without any RP, hence why you were not reported for it. As a result of you firing on our snub both me and the other K'Hara Ish'tar (Who were cloaked at the time) decloaked at about 4 kilometers away from you and started to engage you AFTER dropping a few lines of role play to defend our nomad that was being shot. It is something you clearly missed and overlooked. Your mate docked and you died.
After that you started PMing the first Ish'tar telling him that you reported him and that he was going to Bastille. Quite ironic. After you were done with the first Ish'tar you then proceeded to message me where you accused me of a no RP engage and apparent cheating.

I thought you were new so (Which it really seems like you are) I tried to help you and ask why you thought that was the case so I could help clear things up. The below were your reasons as to why you thought I was cheating.

Now, remember how I said you were firing a nomad earlier with secondaries? The whole reason why you had no crosshair was because you had the secondaries selected and I was out of range. The Ish'tar is a HUGE ship. Infact it is the biggest ship in the game. The crosshair will always locate itself in the middile of the ship you are firing on and since the Ish'tar is so big the 1800m range of your secondaries turn into something like 1200m instead as the middile of my ship is so far away. The cloud you must have seen was earlier when I decloaked at about 4k away from you.
If you're trying ti improve your behavior then threats like this are certainly not helping your case. Especially after I told you to stop talking to me multiple times. I believe it was about 4 times yet you continued to tell me I was being reported and that I was cheating.

I just want to let you know something as well. I've known St Denis since I pretty much started this game and I know that in something like this he'll be completely unbiased no matter who is involved.
Last of all making a thread like the one below is not going to help your case either.
Now I want this to be something that you'll learn from. Granted the Nomads could have tackled things a little differently but I'd like you to take something away from this.
1) Dieing is part of the game. It happens to everyone.
2) If you're upset take some time off the game and do something else for a bit.
3) Don't take it out on other people as things will only be made worse.
I don't want to just bash you for doing this because people make mistakes all the time. People get angry and lose control sometimes. I mean, I'm no saint but I've learnt from the past. I hope you can too.
