Is it time to nerf cruise disruptors?

I made ton of treads in which i sugest to change CD to not do everithing, from sugestions to change each type of CD to be good in one task(wasp prevent cloak and cd engine, mosquito prevents jump and cd engine etc) , or to make cloak disruptor in to jump disruptor to(it is prefectly logical that you can only counter 400 M equipment with ANOTHER 400 M equipment,and not with cheap pocked device like CD) and lots of other sugestions, but i am to sick to search them now, and besides, it wont do any good, CD will still stay powerful as ever, and no public discuson will change that.
