Is it time to nerf cruise disruptors?

nerfing Cds will affect every ship class. e.g Battleship pews, you need CD support otherwise batleships will cruise on you and you will die in 30 seconds. Reducing cd ammo is not an option instead we need more CD ammo to prevent capital ships from EK'ing on other capital ships and give battleships backward firing cd pls thank
