Its not to discuss about this rule but to make ALL PLAYERS UNDERSTAND IT !!!
A few days ago, I was chased two times by capships who used their cruise to chase !
First an outcast destroyer who was accompagned by gmgs, to divide forces and concentrate on fighters first, i used my thrust (AND ONLY THRUST, NO CRUISE) to be 4k from all cap ships (or at least try) but each time i was 2.5k from him, he engaged cruise to chase me ! He did it 4 times before he finally killed me !
A few minutes later, i changed my pirating zone (cause i died, its normal for a bomber against 3 fighters+1 destroyer)
A trader hired 3 BH gunboats to hunt me. EACH OF THEM used their cruise to don't let me more than 2k distance from them. The trader did the same but he's not concerned by this rule i think. They did it 2 times before i died.
If it was only 1 times, just forgetting this rules, ok why not, but 2 times or more is simply ignoring this rule !
All this 2 situations were reported with a lot of screenshots, all enough close each other to be considered like an animated pic and it seems i can wait an entire life for they're punished.
Since I was fined for the second time I follow the rules exactly as a good player have to.
So why make rules if some players can enforce them ? Why may i use my bomber who's weak against fighters or the lot of gunboat a trader can hire if i can use my battleship ?
