I want to mirror this post as this isn't the first I've seen someone mention it and I experience the same thing. I also want to bring attention to this thread again so the ship doesn't get forgotten as it still needs its turrets changing.

The new model looks cool and I’m not trying to knock the hard work that went in to it, but it’s extremely frustrating to fly now.
i agree! when it came out, i bought it just to fly with her and ... not even a week later i scrap it for being so disapointed!!!
