I shall begin moving personnel and equipment to Invicta within the upcoming weeks.

Since you mention it, there is one thing I need to ask from you before we can proceed. It is instrumental that I be granted a degree of administrative clearance over the station that would allow for undisrupted research and supply. With your consent I shall also repurpose ATL funds accordingly - it should suffice up to the point when we have a more detailed budget outlined.
