//far as being neutral goes theres only 2 factions i even consider not pirateing Zoners and Junkers, the latter may still get it and only full Zoner IFF / ID traders are gonna slide by, as we all know some ya traders out there like to pretend to be zoners for free passage while trying to be lazy about your IFF. Prolly the only other person on the slide would be a smuggler with a IFF represnting a faction I'm in or allied with.
