Looks good, a little basic and simple, but it will be interesting to see another take on Junker Role Play, as the Junker Congress Leader I am very interested and seeing how you do.

Rheinland corps are listed as friendly, but you will "pirate everything that moves" in O7 O3, are Rheinland corps getting an exception or are they fair game?

Rheinland corporations are exceptions and won't get pirated. Libertonian, Freelancer, IMG etc. are still valid targets and will get ambushed and pirated.
