I see nothing ironic here - I was leaving and decided to disband the faction and then interested in taking over leadership person has appeared.

Is @"LV-426" intending to do anything?

I don't mean this harshly. If you don't have time or you don't want to run it, either let the faction dissolve or give it to someone else.

We have some plans and stuff-to-do as for now. Hope it will see the light of the day.
