Legate Redo [WIP]

Received a request for the Legate to be re-worked on its model and texture.

Corsair player base respects your work. Kudos. She's very very nice and it will be hard (but surely funny) to make her look like mean fortress made of scrap

We would also like to remind the person who gave you the request:

- Imperial destroyer is much more needed and would be much more appreciated
- we could then ask for switching Praefect to Battle Cruiser, after having that dessie. 5 of 6 Corsair enemies has well balanced BCs already
- we also need to switch Gladiator to light bomber (atm we have 2 HFs and no light bombers). So Praetorian could become heavy bomber (5 of 6 our enemies use very good heavy bombers already).

In case we have to fill some official form for that, just link us where to do it, por favor.
