The Dev leads already have in mind of the Praefect becoming a BC after a new cruiser/destroyer is introduced and implemented. In addition, the Dev leads might be against having another cruiser class to be added on the Corsair Shipline. Or else, the Outcast and other rivals, factions wants a third cruiser.
