Director Hammond,

Project #86B: Pinnae has been started and we are currently working towards the development of a power source and supply module. For this we will be using IRG power cells, but in order to properly and efficiently benefit from this technology, certain modifications and adaptations to the current APM devices will be required. As such I have contacted the IRG to assist us with this task, therefore my department will require several resources that require higher clearance:

• 5 IRG power cells
  
• 15.000 units of APM hardware consisting of current Power Supply modules

  Funds that will be later requested as the project progresses
  

  ---

• 50.000.000 SC that will be wired to the IRG bank once the task is completed
  
• 30.000.000 SC that will be paid to transports for various materials required for the Power Source once the task is completed
  

Additional materials needed for this stage of the project I'll organize and direct transports myself.
