Little is known about Annabelle Mychaela Heinrich save that she is without a doubt one of the more ruthless individuals the Service has had to deal with. Ambitious to a fault and extraordinarily driven, Heinrich leads the Red Hessians Army on a bloody Crusade through the Omegas. Under her leadership, the RHA has grown from a threat against only Rheinland and a few other groups in the Eastern Omegas, to a serious threat against Bretonia. Little is known about her past however what is known is that she speaks with a lesser Bretonian accept, demonstrating she either has some hidden connection with Bretonia or has spent time here in the past. She has no known Spouse and no known family. Professor Alfred Steiner of the University of Cambridge was allowed the rare and unusual honour of being under her protection. It is unkown if this still stands. While it would be accepted to simply execute her, it is her standing with the SCRA which complicates affairs. The RHA being a close ally of the SCRA prevents the SIS from major attacks on RHA stations and facilities at current. With that said, recent intelligence gathered by both the SIS and the BAF indicate that the RHA has indeed alliged itself with the GRI, if this is confirmed in greater detail, the RHA are indeed traitors of the worst possible kind and no effort will be spared in ensuring the Bretonian Borders are kept clear of all RHA influence
While it has been confirmed that the RHA did indeed temporarily align themselves with the GRI during the Aland Crisis it has been noted that such an arrangement was not permanent. Given the break down in relations with the SCRA, the RHA are now once again, targets of Bretonia Heinrich & the RHA are believed to be partly responsible for the breakdown, but the issue is not her doing alone. Recent intelligence suggests movement of RHA forces within the Omegas but for what purpose and their intended destination is currently unknown.
In short, Heinrich exists as an enigma to the Service, she is known only for her desire to control the Omegas (being a self styled 'Empress' confirms this) and her utter ruthlessness in ensuring this happens.
Hostile actions against Her Majesties realm of Bretonia
Heinrich was, at one point or another, considered an ally or sorts to the Service. She has since shown her true colours by initiating betraying Bretonia in it's recent annexation of the IMG shipyard. Her actions directly caused the loss of the Gwent. Heinrich has also been directly responsibly for the deaths of several BAF, SIS and BPA officers and indirectly responsible for hundreds more, including civilians. The Rheinland database of her crimes will no doubt be far more extensive however her greatest crime in Bretonia remains her repeated betrayal of Bretonian goodwill.
