Deadliness

After receiving a distress call from Hackers Ling and Metasploit I arrived at the location between Norfolk Shipyard and the Texas Jumpgate just outside of Zone-21. There, we had a lone 5th fleet fighter pilot using a standard BDR-804 "Guardian". Before we could engage, a navy-operated Bretonian Destroyer armed with anti fighter weaponry arrived to the aid of the 5th pilot - the LNS-Bristol. Our own cruiser support arrived on scene shortly after through the New York inter-system-jummphole to destroy the Bristol. I moved in pursuit of the fighter, chasing it into the badlands and destroying it.

Aftewards we entered what was a bit of a "cat and mouse" chase with two Navy fighter pilots that we had run into before - Evan Averitt and Gold-9. They managed to escape us at first from Planet Pittsburg, running into the heart of Zone-21. We cut them off there and gave them no window, Metasploit and I quickly engaged and I shot down both vessels.

Humiliation

A bit later, coming from Rochester base, I encountered another 5th pilot along with a secondary pilot - John Porter. Baiting them into attacking me, I easily crippled the 5th pilot - demanding he surrender and beg for his life. After several seconds and jousts, he continued to fire upon me without saying a word, thus, I put him out of his misery. Attempting to claim me as easy prey though I had not taken much damage, Porter kept on me. He wasn't anymore talented than the 5th pilot, and quickly ended up in the same situation. I demanded the same of him, but like the 5th pilot - he refused, taking his own life with mines instead.
