My apologies for the late response. Harmony forces have been returning to anti-Navy posts and securing ourselves in the event of Navy retaliation. To the point, however, the division of territory would be best if explained in detail but I suppose that may be for another day. To the matter at hand, despite the fortifications in the vicinity, we do not own Freeport 2. The area is a neutral zone between the outlawed powers. So long as the Liberty Rogues agree to maintain this semblance of underworld neutrality as it exists now, we have no objections to the Rogues coming in. Bering is still fresh out of war, we don't need more incidents over territorial disputes.

And as regard to the Unioners. At the moment we have been unable to keep track of our external or internal bounty boards, and plan to close them until further notice. Any marks currently listed are non valid except for the obvious hostile entities that exist outside Bering. Do disregard it as it should be closed shortly.
