Report on Corruption in the Northern Navy

After the publication of a CNS repport about the Northern Command actings toward a trader, LSF has been ordered to investigate on the activities of the NC.

1. Money Usages
   
   The LSF have recently revealed that the Fleet Admiral of the Northern Command has been using some Navy funds to host extravagant parties. The funds are retrieved directly from the government funding given the NC. The parties have been known to include prostitutes, both male and female, excessive amounts of Liberty Ale brand alcohol and even some synthetic marijuana for use at the party. Recommended course of action would be to send an agent that will keep control of the expenses as soon as possible.
   
   
   
2. High command vacations
   
   While studying the financial report of the NC, LSF agents have discovered that the Liberty northern command Admiralty, is taking a lot of vacation with their families and friends. However, they use governmental ships to travel around Sirius, thus forcing the government to pay for their expenses. Acting this way is illegal; LSF suggest that we ground all the governmental ships until we can find a better solution to the issue
