You don't make people happy by removing what they consider fun. If you want less travel times, convince the devs to consider changing the jump hole connections to one of the many good layouts that have been presented already. Takes literally one day to make everything more accessible to snubs without effing over the trade lanes. After all we have jump holes that only work for snubs, and jump holes that work for everything except trading ships.
Your convenient "fun" is not more important than that of others. Stop being egocentric.
