Discovery 4.91.0 Patch 9

SYSTEMS
- Storyline: Cardiff Mining Station has been destroyed by a joint Molly-IMG strike. Destroyer Shillelagh has moved to Dublin.
- Storyline: Battleship Norfolk has returned to Cambridge.
- Storyline: The Core has deployed warships to the defense of Aland.
- Fixed: Wreck in Newcastle.

SOLARS
- Added static Core Destroyer solar.
- Added shooting range to Conn for testing dispersion & weapon ranges on large ships.
- Fixed: Rogue/Molly destroyer solars no longer use full strength cap guns by default.
- Fixed: Core battlecruiser and destroyer solars no longer use full strength cap guns by default.

STATIONS
- Added NPCs to Carrier Alvin Katz.
- Fixed: Various bases that were using robot voices as ATCs.

SHIPS
- Added Sirene Unioner SRP. Custom engine and other FX will come in a future patch.
- Added ship sellpoints that were previously on Wedel to Leipheim Base (Unioners)
- Added new Dragoon hitbox.
- Changed: Freistadt Base sells IMG miner, Heavy Transport, Hegemon.
- Changed: Madeira Base sells IMG fighter line.
- Changed: Freeport 5 sells the Scraper.
- Fixed: Liberty Gunboat hitbox.

EQUIPMENT
- Added testing guns and missiles to Red Station. These can be used to test new weapons without replacing existing or implementing new weapon entries live on the server.

INFOCARDS
- Fixed: Laser Musketoon renamed to Musketoon II and given an infocard showing the correct weapon type.

MISCELLANEOUS
- Added new lines for English and German base ATC voices. ATCs now have generic lines for nearly all base types and generic ship names for addressing non-house capital ships.
- Split IMG restart into Tau and Omega restarts.
