Report on Corruption in the Northern Navy

1. Overwork
   
   Maintenances reports and flight records showed some very intriguing facts. According to the notes officers and crew are working 20 hours shifts per day, and are sometimes working a full week. Maintenance records on the other side showed that ships conditions were extremely bad: Engines overheat, accidents caused by weapons overuse and bad keeping, even some explosive decompressions due to holes in ships hulls. Likewise, several officers are suffering of post-traumatic stress because of their relentless work. In a similar manner, 45% of the maintenance crew is showing signs of extreme fatigue. Suicide rates and death by accidents have skyrocketed over the last months due to these issues. LSF suggest the implementation of more regulations within the NC to prevent exhaustion of their members.
