Report on Corruption in the Northern Navy

1. Addiction
   
   Agents at the LSF have found even more troubling news about the Northern Navy. It appears that 31% of their officers are addicted to either Alcohol or Synthetic Marijuana. This poses a huge problem for Liberty as the Northern Navy controls a significantly large fleet and the entirety of Colorado. Suggested action is to put in place a new set of Military police and force the admiralty to reduce working hours and stress.
