Report on Corruption in the Northern Navy

1. Mercenary services
   
   The LSF has recently uncovered that the NC has been using their government-given funds to fuel some Mercenary activity. The Libertonian government gives both the NC and SA a standard monthly sum of credits for use in repairs, ship commissioning and various other expenditures. It has come to the LSF's attention, however, that the NC has payed the leader of a mercenary group acting in Liberty to assault some ships and patrols in the southern system, Although, LSF do not know who has been attacked since the Mercenaries are working with various identities. It seems the plans of the NC are to disrupt activities in the southern area of Liberty. Reasons as well as the precise targets are unknown at the moment but such facts might explain the poor ships conditions within their fleet.
