This is just a ridiculous idea. In fact, no offense meant, but this is quite literally the dumbest idea yet...I have tried to "contact" random people in game and ill im met with is, "what the hell are you talking about?" A majority of the people have no idea what im trying to do when i talk to them. Not to mention it is really hard to strike up a conversation when they wont ask me any questions in return.

Finally, arnt all the stations and planets human stations and planets? The only nomad bases are places that im hostile to, so saying "dock on non-human bases" is quite literally impossible.

It does take knowing what names are most likely to play along...and you really can tell. Some names are just much more in rp. Like names, for example....
Other things that generaly tip me off are any use of symbols(often bad), faction markings(often good), ship names as opposed to an internet handle...such nuances go on and on. Underbridge is always up for a chat.
