Outcasts and Nomads

Planet Gammu is a robot planet. When AC Merc was doing his Nomad LF, that's where he used.

This is just a ridiculous idea. In fact, no offense meant, but this is quite literally the dumbest idea yet...I have tried to "contact" random people in game and ill im met with is, "what the hell are you talking about?" A majority of the people have no idea what im trying to do when i talk to them. Not to mention it is really hard to strike up a conversation when they wont ask me any questions in return.

It worked for the Keepers until it was decided they could all use telepathy in system. Try it a little more. Here's a few hints for getting responses:

• Anything named "Lord Roflcopter" is not going to respond nicely.
  
• Almost anything with a tag, especially an official tag, is likely to have some idea what you're going for and play along, or at least acknowledge you with a "// Sorry, not a good time"
  
• Barring tagged characters, FirstName.LastName usually indicates a little more thought and an actual character as opposed to a newbie trader.
  
• Don't try people in warring factions if their opponent is in system, they are likely to be at each others throats and not at liberty to chat.
