[12:43 PM] SnakThree: Just remove any sort of guidelines how much RP is needed and be done with it. The thread is meant to work as notification to assemble defense or supplies before siege. You remove subjective guidelines how much or what sort of RP has to be done and it removes ambiguity that leads to some people getting their declarations removed on the count of "too little RP" while some people get away with less because they belong to special sort of faction that apparently has hidden benefits of having less RP standards than the remaining factions.

I think that removing quality or quantity of RP from requirements should be done, but again, this is not really the main idea behind the thread.
