Transfer request approved: Guy "Defiance" Josselyne

After review, we recommend assigning Guy Josselyne to Escadron XXII with the rank of Lieutenant. Personal file and history of flight simulator training indicate high probability of subsequent participation in project "Parole". That, and further induction shall be left at the discretion of Commandant Adelaide Gauthier. Le Professeur has approved the invitation of monsieur Josselyne to Le Monarque, where all the formalities will take place.
