Not saying RHA is guilty of this, but generally speaking that's a terrible attitude. One offs are acceptable, especially in the chaos of a fight where more people stream in and it's hard to balance. But consistently ganking, whether you're going out of your way to do it or not, is bad pvp etiquette and will make people not want to log in at all.
I dunno Lyth. A strong motivation for me back in the day was your Core Fleet that was outnumbering almost everyone in Omicrons and outskilling. Just like Wesker, I took a stance and built a force within SCRA, recruited people we trained, learned through trial and errors eventually made more allies that could help and assist and in the end we had enough players and enough players that worked on their skills to fight our enemies we always lost to.
I gave roles to people, when someone was good in a cap he'd fly a cap or if someone is good in a snub inside a battle, go for a snub. We were embracing many victories against enemies that used to outnumber us. I did the same thing with Sentinels/Prime (until we had fewer members that logged). But we always had one goal and that was to bring interaction no matter if you're outnumbered. If we had 4 Makos jumping on a single AI Cruiser, well so be it but at least we gave 5 people an interaction for that day, something to do and that's what drove me in discovery. It's only when complaints and grudges were rising on the forums that something became lesser interesting.
Come on guys, this is an endless cycle. Back then it was the same with Core and GRN, now it's about RHA. Instead of trying to destroy Factions just because you can't go out of your own boundaries and freakin get people on your sides just enjoy the game while it last.
We're in this Universe together, each and every one of you generates activity, think of yourself as a part of the assets in game. Once YOU become sour, the fun will end there (and don't come to me with "Oh but we're getting ganked that's not fun either" ). Lack of Coordination and lack of knowing your own members skill, just try to give those people their role in which their best at and let them play.
I learned it that way, I sucked at PvP and still do but a good coordination in a group fight even gave people like me some victories to celebrate lol.
Not to mention, all this STRICT-RP boundaries (coming back to step out of your line) is also what hurts some factions. Just because you think Lore-whise and RP-whise it doesnt make sense for Faction A to ally with Faction B doesn't mean you can't find loopholes to work together. I've seen people bashing on us so hard for making allies that might seem contradicting to our RP, but generally those people ended up losing their factions officialdom and went dead and silent.
If you don't have the skills, make friends/allies get some help.

This sh** is golden because I remember when Wesker was just a Recruit inside SCRA when I used to be around and I've seen him progress every bit from taking over leadership of RHA up until now, so I know what the hell he's talking about there about tables turning lmao.
I just think every year it's a new scape goat. Core, then GRN and now RHA, which faction will fall victim to this next year?`
