Proudly inheriting the service of the progressive family in the 11th generation, the young girl have committed herself to the proper education and went to New Tokyo. Arriving to the capital, Hatsuse have admitted to the Tokai University's military department, graduating it after five years of studies and practice in the rank of chūi juniagurēdo - junior grade lieutenant.
