Aisatsu Dragons, while in the Hokkaido system I received a message that there was a trader near by so I went to investigate what they are up to, I found him in the Unyo cloud he was carrying some black market light arms. I persuaded him in to bring them to Planet Tomioka to our outpost there to sell them to us, to help us in our war for the planet he agreed and I went with him to unload his cargo. After he dropped all the black market light arms of I payed him a good amount. The evidence is listed bellow.
