Yes to take the RP thurther maby in the next version the Bretonia and Kusari NPC's should be hostile to each other as if I attack them with an SF char my Bretonian rep will go down because I am attacking a lawful faction.
But I can see a problem with how delicate the NPC reps are it might be extreamly hard to change.
