Our dear friends, the Bretonians, have closed their borders to us. They have not provided us a reason beyond 'classified information', but we assure you, that we will persevere and that all will be well.



I must ask of you to not enter their systems, including the contested territory in the Gallic War, such as Leeds. In light of this, for our security and prosperity, that we too must close our borders to them. Do not allow any Bretonian to enter the Inverness or Kansas system. The 'Dunedin Station' in the Inverness sector will be placed under blockade until further notice.

All workers in the Bretonian scene must withdraw immediately to the Inverness Sector for work reallocation, excluding the ferry operation in the Leeds system.
