Quote:Q: How was Gallia isolated from the rest of Sirius? Why was it never discovered?
A: Gallia spent decades to construct four huge mine fields to hide both paths, and disguise them to look like ancient mine fields present in other areas of Sirius (for example, in Newcastle). Radars were unable to detect jump holes that lead into Gallic systems. This is why Sirius explorers were never able to find paths between known Sirius systems and Gallia.
Yeah right, the colonists were... absent-minded so they didnt discover the jumpholes or anything, but what about the Slomon K`Hara, Sirius was their land and they have, among other things, telepathy and (i suppose) some kind of mental telemetrics, that way they found about "us" the evil alien invaders, our costumes, politics and irrational like for warfare. How could they miss a whole house, which also has the larger human population?
And if they actually missed them, how is it possible that none of them ever "accidentally" infested one of their spies? "Accidentally" revealing their plans to the Nomads, including the location of jumpholes and everything else.
What will be their relation? some sort of treatise perhaps? they were ignored like Outcasts and Corsairs?
