I feel these are fairly accurate. Ignoring the dev part that most seem hung up over, I see nothing wrong with someone able to model taking commissions to model on the side.
Patreon however would seem more of a thing for the entire dev team / Server, rather then individual staff members.
Of course it would need to be made clear to anyone that wanted a commission done that there's no guarantee the model will make it in, as people will likely assume it will due to a (currently) dev making it.
