Urgent report on the Northern Navy about Conspiracy

1. Illegal Regime plans
   
   Our agents sent into the Northern Command (NC) offices have uncovered plans to introduce a totalitarian rule within the Colorado system. They(NC) will begin by stationing the Battleship Rio Grande at the New York Jump Gate and restricting all incoming traffic to navy personnel only. Next they have plans for performing system-wide sweeps for Xenos. They have assigned the 124th Navy Battlegroup consisting of the LNS Freedom and its escorts to destroy any and all Xenos they come across, bases included. The final stage of this is to place the LNS Freedom at the Kepler Jump Gate and the LNS Hope at the Galileo Jump Gate, thus restricting ALL traffic into Colorado:
   During our sweep of the system, all exits and entrances must be guarded. We dont want anyone to get in or out of Colorado, since our actions are considered illegal according to the Liberty rights chart. During the operations, all unauthorized civilian ships will be grounded, and communication relays will be shut down. Once the sweep is finish, the NC will discuss about the fate of the Colorado system -Commander Alexis Markin
   
   Documents also stated that the public court will be closed once the totalitarian regime gets in place. All pirates will be executed. The files even explained how those criminals would be treated:
   Give them enough food so they dont die, they may still have some information for us. They will have to starve, thus forcing them to speak. Then, once we know what we want, they will be thrown out of the airlock. Keeping criminals alive is a waste of money and resources Vice Adm. Mathew Ledley
   
   Other documents even showed some mission plans about strikes against SA facilities to give a chance to the NC to claim the New York System and to make the SA weaker.
   
   
   
2. Traffic Restrictions
   
   Once the LNS Hope, Freedom and Rio Grande have been put in place at the Jump Gates the NC will be restricting traffic to ships supplying the navy only. Any trade convoys not carrying vital military goods will be destroyed on sight. Any and all attempts by the SA or the LSF to enter will be stopped with brutal force if necessary. The Colorado system will enter a full and complete lockdown until the Xeno threat has been eradicated from Colorado. During the purge of the system, LSF and LPI agents that were usually working from the Colorado system will be shipless and grounded, possibly under the guard of the NC troops. Their situation after the operation is unknown. Considering the fact that communications will be down, we might lose contact with them.
   
   
   
3. Recommendations
   
   Considering the circumstances and the current state of affairs between the NC and the rest of the Libertonian lawful forces, the LSF recommend putting a stop to the operations led by the NC. The NC certainly have the fleet capacity to put this into place and from the plans, they intend to do it within the next two standard weeks. The LSF would recommend that the NC be dissolved and those still loyal to Liberty merged with the Southern Alliance. However, to dissolve the NC, we will have to eliminate their leaders; they are far too dangerous for the political stability in Liberty. This, the LSF believe, is the final straw for the NC's dangerousness. The numerous reports of minor corruption and abuse of power werent alarming, but these ones are. LSF will be grateful to provide any needed help in any operation against the NC admiralty.
   
   Admiralty would be jugged of conspiracy and high treason, according to laws, all members of the admiralty won't be eligible to a tribunal. They will be hanged on Planet Denver if caught. The NC is far too dangerous and must be strategically eliminated. They know too much about Zone-21 and could reveal some critical informations to pirate parties, Thus enabling them to strike at our witnesses. LSF is willing to take care of any assassination missions, while SA will take care of the last NC partisans.
