Change the name to Order|CV-Thunderbay, 100% Core on the Order| ID.

4. Why are these changes necessary?

After the Tech Nerf system was introduced, the Thunderbay was stuck at 10% Core. It can't really defend humanity at that power, and as such I began to fix it in INRP.

Some of this forum roleplay is fairly old, as I have worked on this repair job on and off for awhile.
