As el Consejo Nacional has approved our territorial rights in Omicron Tau system, we can finally proceed to implementing our ambitious plans on revitalising the economy of the system. To that end, a network of corporate mines is to be drilled in sites that had been prospected for rich Titanium ore, and a small city under a dome is to be founded to provide the miners a place to spend their money at without having to go off-planet. This will create a healthy service share of the economy to balance the heavy industry, as well as lay foundation for further expansion of our presence on the planet.

To fulfil that goal, we have already dispatched our engineering and construction teams planetside. They need a list of materials, however, to commence construction works. I advise to mobilise our logistics division as well as strike a few contracts with potential business partners.
The list to start a building site with skeleton crew and make it running is as follows:

The city is to be called Nuovo Milano and be located in the Southern hemisphere, 36 parallel. The mines are to be located in a hexagon around the city, distanced 250-400 km away from the city for effective commutation.
