You want to make yourself into the entire Liberty Navy, cutting out any Independant who does not wish to follow your command. An Independant has FULL rights to not follow your command. Why should their RP be disrupted by your powermongering?

Is there any reason for this anyway? The SA are already heavily present in NY. This just removes more RP options for independants.

The northern navy as well as the Southern Alliance navy will be led by the Fleet admiral Woolsey of the actual Southern Alliance Navy. All rogues and renegade ships will be boarded or destroyed by the new navy if they refuse to obey to given orders and instructions. The Navy is now united and has all powers in the Liberty zone of influence.

You want to join a navy? Fine, just as long as you're willing to put up with the command structure and chain of command that comes with it. It's a MILITARY ORGANIZATION.
