This is a public reminder to both sides that this rule exists. Perhaps re-reading rule (more like a guideline, actually) 0.0 is needed as well.
We are receiving concerning amount of reports from both sides on such matters, and if this announcement does not help with it, we will be forced to impose harsher sanctions.
